Watercolour Workshop - Whales - a Little Art School 1 Day session

This will be a super fun session where we will explore the wonderful qualities of watercolour paint while painting a whale or 2. We will have the option of a tahora / brydes whale or parāoa / sperm whale or maybe you could do both? 

It will be an enjoyable and informative day. The workshop is especially designed to cater to beginners right through to experienced watercolour painters. No drawing ability is required.

Good entry level materials are supplied. You are welcome to bring your own should you wish to. 

You might like to wear old clothes and bring a water bottle, snacks and lunch.

Max students 10 per class. Min 6 to run the class.

Your tutor is Lizzie Thomas who paints under the moniker ellaquaint. A practicing and exhibiting artist and illustrator who has work in national and international collections. The painter behind the birds and beasties that you see at your local pet supplies stockist on Topflite packaging. In addition to that, Lizzie a registered teacher and has a wealth of knowledge teaching at Secondary School Level as well after school kids classes and adult night classes and workshops. With over 28 years experience, she is excited to share her knowledge with you as Little Art School :)
