Little Art School Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Little Art School. We are delighted to welcome you or your young artist to our community. Please take the time to review our Terms & Conditions below.

Class Bookings

Tuition payments are due by the specified date unless other arrangements have been made.

Late payments will incur a small fee to cover administration costs.

Tuition is non-transferable, and class bookings are made on a term-by-term basis.

Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, a full refund is available with at least 7 days’ notice before your class begins, or 4 days’ notice prior to the start of a school holiday class if I can fill the place from a waitlist.

Unfortunately, cancellations received after these deadlines cannot be refunded. No refund will be given if your class booking is taken 1 week or less prior to the class starting.

Should we need to cancel a class, you will receive a full refund and will be notified before the start date.

Illness

To protect our community, including those with compromised immune systems, we kindly ask that students who are coughing or sneezing remain at home until they are non contagious. If a student arrives clearly unwell, we will contact caregivers to collect them.

If you yourself are feeling unwell, we respectfully ask that you refrain from attending class to help us maintain a healthy environment for all.

Non-Attendance

If you are unable to attend a class due to illness or personal reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or class transfers for missed sessions. This policy also applies to absences due to Covid-19, influenza, or other illnesses or injuries.

Class Postponement

In the case of tutor illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will do our utmost to provide a substitute tutor. If this is not possible, the class may be postponed at short notice and a replacement class will be scheduled. If this occurs, we will contact all participants as soon as possible.

Disruptive Behaviour

We strive to create a fun, welcoming and safe environment for every student. We reserve the right to exclude any student whose behaviour is disruptive; refuses to follow instructions, or poses a risk to themselves or others. Caregivers may be contacted to collect students displaying disruptive behaviour during class time.

Disclaimer

We are committed to delivering all courses as promoted. However, classes are subject to minimum enrolment numbers and may be cancelled if these are not met. We may occasionally need to modify course content as necessary, but will always communicate significant changes wherever possible.

While we take every care, we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged personal items brought to class.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to sharing a wonderful, creative journey with you at Little Art School!
