Land Before Time is a school holiday workshop based on prehistoric creatures. We will be exploring sculpture making processes; making fossil bones, using them to create a clay and cardboard mould, to then create our plaster masterpiece! As well as that we will be using mixed media to create an amazing drawing also based on our favourite dinosaur (students get to choose their own ;) ) My amazing helper Tori will be joining us to assist. It will be a hands-on, super fun day!

This is a class that is designed to cater to different abilities and ages from 7 +

What to bring
Snacks, lunch and a water bottle
I do advise students to wear old clothes, we will be getting super goopy!
A jersey for when we have breaks outside

The class is taught by Lizzie Thomas who paints under the moniker ellaquaint, an animal lover and painter from way back. She is a registered teacher and has a wealth of experience teaching at Secondary School Level as well after school kids classes, adult night classes and workshops. A practicing and exhibiting artist with over 28 years experience, she is excited to share her knowledge with you :)
